1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations or refunds cannot generally be accepted after purchase has been completed. Please review the content descriptions and samples carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- The downloaded file is clearly different from the e-book purchased.
- The file contains serious defects or cannot be viewed properly, and the issue cannot be corrected by our company.
- Duplicate billing or other charges caused by our company’s error.

3. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will, in principle, be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Please note that processing may take several business days.
